Deadly Shooting Investigation In NW Atlanta

Police are investigating a fatal shooting on West Lake Avenue in N.W. Atlanta. Police tell CBS Atlanta that they responded to the 50th block of West Lake Avenue around 9:34pm Tuesday to find a 50 year old male suffering from a gun shot wound to the chest.
